Opportunity for Sales Executive, looking for autonomy and freedom to develop a sales organization for a high tech growing company. If you have LMS or SaaS experience you can be a very suitable candidate for this position. Besides the salary you could receive a high percentage (not limited) commission based on the entire US Market.

Our client is a software company that develops Student Information Systems (SIS) and Training Management Systems (TMS) for schools, colleges, corporations, and government entities. The company focuses on designing customized software solutions that will perfectly fit their clients' needs while ensuring they follow best practices.


The Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for securing new business opportunities, providing the company solutions, and running the sale directly to the end client. Delivering virtual and live presentations around training and resource solutions, building consensus and negotiating and closing long term contracts with companies, midsize, and large companies.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include securing new business opportunities, providing the company solutions, and running the sale directly to the end client. Delivering virtual and live presentations around our training and resource solutions, building consensus and negotiating and closing long term contracts with companies, midsize, and large companies.

  • Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.

  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.

  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.

  • Developing sales strategies to manage and penetrate territory.

  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.

  • Maintaining a database of contact information. Must be comfortable working with CRM platforms;

  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

  • Negotiations until final close.

  • Master the art of sending personal, strategic, value-add emails and social messages

  • Be able to identify and leverage compelling new business entryways for very targeted outreach (events, conferences, awards, publishing).

  • Quickly research and strategy an approach to create interest and engage.

  • demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike

  • Secure and schedule meetings and demos adopting all tools available to you.

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Company Enterprise Pipeline

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have excellent communication skills and analytical skills

  • Are able to successfully work from a home office environment

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong track record of over quota attainment with software sales quota  1/2 million dollars

  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

  • Experience selling LMS software solutions (Have a minimum of 3 years enterprise software sales experience, successfully selling high level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level)

  • Experience selling related application software (i.e. LMS or full suite Talent Management including LMS, possibly packaged Content or other related applications including Performance Management, ATS, Workforce Management, HCM, SaaS). 

  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
